“Hi, my name is Jenna Innarella, and I am the Vice President of Membership Recruitment for Alpha Phi! I am beyond grateful and excited to share with you all what it means to be an Alpha Phi and I cannot wait to meet each and every one of you.

When coming to Lehigh my freshmen year, I knew I wanted to rush—to be a part of something bigger than myself, but I was extremely nervous. I knew nothing about it and did not know what to expect. Deciding to go through recruitment and joining Alpha Phi, changed the trajectory of my Lehigh experience for the better. It was the best decision I made. I now have a community of amazing women surrounding me through every step of my life—a sisterhood—all of the people I have met, the philanthropic events we have done, the never ending friendship, love, and happiness, came from joining Alpha Phi and I will cherish it forever.

Recruitment can seem scary and overwhelming, but as long as you keep a positive attitude, an open mind, and remember to be your amazing, authentic self, everything will turn out the way it is meant to be! I cannot wait to meet you all and share our wonderful Alpha Phi sisterhood with you!”
